Twelve Past Publisher is a privately managed utility for the authorized operator of a YouTube music channel. This informational website does not offer public registration or a public video-upload service.

1. Authorized use

Only the channel owner or a person authorized by that owner may use the publishing integration. A user connecting a YouTube account must have authority to grant the requested permissions and to upload the relevant content.

2. Content responsibility

The channel operator is responsible for the accuracy of video metadata, necessary content rights, disclosures, and compliance with YouTube policies and applicable law. The tool does not certify ownership or guarantee copyright clearance.

3. YouTube integration

Google OAuth permissions are requested for upload and read-only access to the authorized channel. YouTube functionality is subject to the Google and YouTube API terms, service availability, quotas, and account permissions. Authorization can be revoked in Google Account connections.

4. Availability and changes

The tool is supplied for private operational use. Functions and schedules may change, and there is no guarantee of continuous availability, particular viewing results, or YouTube monetization.
